【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulinresearchanddevelopmentforcomparisonofcreeppropertiesofadhesives,particularlyasthosepropertiesareaffectedbychangesinadhesiveformulationorexpectedserviceconditions,includingtemperature,moisturelevel,anddurationofloading.Therelativesizeandsimplicityofdesignofthespring-loadedapparatuspermitseasyportabilityandtransferfromoneenvironmenttothenextwithoutdisturbingstaticloads.Therelativesimplicityofdesignwithinexpensivematerialspermitsreplicationofcreeptestsatrelativelylowcosts.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecreeppropertiesofadhesivesforbondingmetalswhentestedonastandardspecimenandsubjectedtocertainconditionsoftemperatureandtensilestressinaspring-loadedtestingapparatus.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletothetemperaturerangefromx2212;55to+260x00B0;C(x2212;67to+500x00B0;F).1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62021describesaprocedurefordeterminationoftheacidityofunusedandusedelectricalmineralinsulatingoils.NOTE1Inunusedandusedmineralinsulatingoils,theconstituentsthatmaybeconsideredtohaveacidiccharacteristicsincludeorganicacids,phenoliccompounds,someoxidationproducts,resins,organometallicsaltsandadditives.Themethodmaybeusedtoindicaterelativechangesthatoccurinamineralinsulatingoilduringuseunderoxidizingconditionsthatmayormaynotbeshownbyotherpropertiesoftheresultingmineraloil.Theaciditycanbeusedinthequalitycontrolofunusedmineraloil.Asavarietyofoxidationproductspresentinusedmineraloilcontributetoacidityandtheseproductsvarywidelyintheircorrosionproperties,thetestcannotbeusedtopredictcorrosivenessofamineraloilunderserviceconditions.NOTE2Theacidityresultsobtainedbythistestmethodmayormaynotbenumericallythesameasthoseobtainedbypotentiometricmethods,buttheyaregenerallyofthesamemagnitude.ThepotentiometricmethodusesanendpointatpH11,3toensuretitrationofallspecies,whereasthecolourimetricmethodsusesanindicatorchangingcolouratapproximatelypH9,5.Thismayleadtoslightlyhigherresultsforoilswithaciditiesabove0,3mgKOH/goilwhenusingthepotentiometricmethod.
