【摘要】:Coatingsattachedtosubstratesaresubjectedtodamagingimpactsduringthemanufactureofarticlesandtheiruseinservice.Thisimpactresistancetestmethodhasbeenfoundtobeusefulinpredictingtheperformanceoforganiccoatingsfortheirabilitytoresistcrackingcausedbyimpacts.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminingtheabilityofacoatingfilmanditssubstratetoresistshattering,cracking,orchippingwhenthefilmandsubstratearedistendedbeyondtheiroriginalformbyimpact.1.2ThistestmethoddoesnotmeasureimpactresistancebutusesrapidimpacttoimproveTestMethodsD522,anothertestmethodforflexibility.Sincetheimpactofthecoatingisalmostinstantaneous,alloftheproblemsassociatedwithtimevariablesinthemandreltestsareeliminated.1.3ThistestmethodissimilarincontentbutnottechnicallyequivalenttoTestMethodD2794.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61223providesassistanceinperformingCONSTANCYTESTSonaCTSCANNER.ItappliestothosecomponentsofCTSCANNERSwhichinfluencetheimagequality,PATIENTdoseandpositioning.Thisstandard–definestheessentialparameterswhichdescribetheperformanceofCTSCANNERSwithregardtoimagequality,PATIENTdoseandpositioning;thelistofparameterstobetestedcanbefoundinsection4.5;–definesthemethodsoftestingtheessentialparameters;–providescriteriatobeappliedintheevaluationofdataforcompliancewiththetolerancesoftheparametersspecifiedbytheACCOMPANYINGDOCUMENTSandwithrespecttoBASELINEVALUES.Thesemethodsrelyonnon-invasivemeasurements,usingappropriatetestequipment,performedtoensurethatthefunctionalperformanceofEQUIPMENTmeetsESTABLISHEDCRITERIAortoenabletheearlyrecognitionofchangesinthepropertiesofcomponentsoftheEQUIPMENT.Theaimistoverifycompliancewithspecificationsaffectingtheimagequality,PATIENTdoseandPATIENTpositioning.Itisnotintendedtoconsider:–aspectsofmechanicalandelectricalsafetynor–aspectsofmechanical,electricalandsoftwareperformance,unlesstheyareessentialforperformingtheCONSTANCYTESTSanddirectlyaffectimagequality,PATIENTdoseandpositioning.
