【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansofseparationandcollectionofparticulateandwatersolublegaseousfluorideandprovidessamplesthatareconvenienttoanalyze.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesaprocedureforseparationandcollectiononachemicallytreatedfilterandinanimpingerofparticulateandwater-solublegaseousfluorideintheatmosphere.Thesamplingratemayvaryfrom30L/min(1.0ft3/min)to15L/min(0.5ft3/min)forlongersamplingperiodsdependingontheatmosphericfluorideconcentration.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtobeappliedtogaseousfluorinecompoundsthatarenotwater-soluble1.2Thereareseverallimitationsofthetestmethod:1.2.1Althoughtheacid-treated,mediumretentive,prefilterhasbeenshowntoallowpassageofHF,itwillrestrictpassageofparticulatematteronlyassmallasabout1m.Thus,smallerparticulatemattermaypassthroughthefilterandbecollectedinorpassthroughtheimpingers.1.2.2Themaximumsamplevolumetobetakenusingthistestmethodpriortochangingtheacid-treatedprefilterisrecommendedas12m3.Thisrecommendationismadetominimizeanyeffectsduetoparticulatematterbuild-up.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificprecautionarystatements,see7.2and7.4.6.
