【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecompatibilityofautomotivegearoilswithspecificnitrile,polyacrylate,andfluoroelastomeroilsealmaterials.UsersofthistestmethodshouldobtainTestMethodsD412,D471,andD2240andbecomefamiliarwiththeirusebeforeproceedingwiththistestmethod.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
