【摘要】:1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodformeasuringtheemissionsoundpressurelevelsofmachineryandequipment,ataworkstationandatotherspecifiedpositionsnearby,inanyenvironmentwhichmeetscertainqualificationrequirements.EmissionsoundpressurelevelsaremeasuredasA-weightedand,ifrequired,C-weightedpeak,andinfrequencybands.NOTE1ThecontentsofthisandrelatedInternationalStandardsaresummarizedintable1ofISO11200:1995.Amethodisgivenfordeterminingalocalenviron-mentalcorrection(theacceptablemaximumvalueofwhichisspecified)tobeappliedtothemeasuredsoundpressurelevelstoexcludetheeffectsofre-flectionsfromreflectingsurfacesotherthantheplaneonwhichthemachineryorequipmentisplaced.Thiscorrectionisbaseduponthemeansoundpressurelevelonameasurementsurface,thesoundpressurelevelmeasuredataspecifiedposition,andeitheranenvironmentalindicatorortheequivalentabsorptionareaofthetestroom.Thegradeofaccuracyofthemeasurements(engineeringorsurvey)dependsuponthevauleofthelocalenvironmentalcorrection.Aworkstationisoccupiedbyanoperator.Itmaybelocatedinopenspaceintheroomwherethesourceoperates,orinacabfixedtothesource,orinanen-closureremotefromthesource.Oneormorespeci-fiedpositionsmaybelocatedinthevicinityofanattendedorunattendedmachine.Suchpositionsaresometimesreferredtoasbystanderpositions.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsonthetestenvironment.Instructionsaregivenfortheinstallationandoperationofthemachineundertestandforthechoiceofmicrophonepositionsfortheworkstationandforotherspecifiedpositions.Thepurposeofthemeasurementsistopermitcompar-isonoftheperformanceofdifferentunitsofagivenfamilyofmachineryorequipment,underdefineden-vironmentalconditionsandstandardizedmountingandoperatingconditions.Thedataobtainedmayalsobeusedforthedeclarationandverificationofemis-sionsoundpressurelevelsasspecifiedinISO4871.NOTE2Atanygivenpositioninrelationtoaparticularmachine,andforgivenmountingandoperatingconditions,theemissionsoundpressurelevelsdeterminedbythemethodofthisInternationalStandardwillingeneralbelowerthanthedirectlymeasuredsoundpressurelevelsforthesamemachineinthetypicalworkroomwhereitisused.Thisisduetoreverberationandthecontributionsofothermachines.Amethodofcalculatingthesoundpressurelev-elsinthevicinityofamachineoperatingaloneinaworkroomisgiveninISO11690-3.Commonlyobserveddifferencesare1dBto5dB,butinextremecasesthedif-ferencemaybeevengreater.2TypesofnoiseandnoisesourcesThemethodspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltypesofmachinery,bothmovingandstationary,forindoororoutdooruse.Themethodisapplicabletomachinesofallsizes,andtoalltypesofnoiseasdefinedinISO2204andISO12001.3TestenvironmentThemethodisapplicabletoanindoororoutdooren-vironmentwithoneormorereflectingplanespresent,meetingspecifiedrequirements.4SpecifiedpositionsThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoworkstationsandotherspecifiedpositionswhereemissionsoundpressurelevelsaretobemeasured.Examplesofappropriatepositionswheremeasure-mentsmaybemadeincludethefollowing:a)workstationlocatedinthevicinityofthemachineundertest;thisisthecaseformanyindustrialmachinesanddomesticappliances;b)workstationwithinacabwhichisanintegralpartofthemachineundertest;thisisthecaseformanyindustrialtrucksandearth-movingma-chines;c)workstationwithinapartialortotalenclosure(orbehindascreen)suppliedbythemanufacturerasanintegralpartofthemachineryorequipment;d)workstationpartially
