【摘要】:ThispartofISO6272describesamethodforrapidlydeforming,byimpactwithasphericalindenterofdiameter12,7mmor15,9mm,acoatingfilmanditssubstrateandevaluatingtheeffectofsuchdeformation.NOTETheterm"impactresistance"isincludedinthetitleandtextofthispartofISO6272,butoneimportantcharacteristicoftheapparatususedisthatitshouldproducerapiddeformationratherthanatrueimpact.Thistestmethodshouldberestrictedtotestinginonlyonelaboratorywhennumericalvaluesareusedbecauseofthepoorreproducibilityofthemethod.Interlaboratoryagreementisimprovedwhenrankingisusedinplaceofnumericalvalues.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidelinestoensurethatmanufacturersofmachinesprovideadequateinformationonapplicationofvibrationisolationtoreducetherisksarisingfromvibrationgeneratedbytheirmachines.Guidelinesarealsoprovidedtoensurethatusersfurnishsufficientinformationregardingtheirapplicationstosuppliersofmachinesor,whereapplicable,tothesupplieroftheisolationsystem,toenabletheoptimumselectionanddesignofvibrationisolation.ThisEuropeanStandardisrestrictedtosourceisolation.Althoughthisstandardisprimarilyintendedfortheuseofnewmachines,itmaybeappliedtotheinstallationofusedmachines,too.ThisEuropeanStandardisaddressedtomanufacturersandinstallersofamachine,asaguidetodefinerelevantparametersforthechoiceandinstallationofavibrationisolationsystemtobeusedwiththemachine.NOTEThisEuropeanStandardmayalsobeappliedbyusersofmachinesalreadyinstalled,whouseorwishtousevibrationisolationtosolveavibrationproblemcausedbythemachine.ThisEuropeanStandardshallnotbeconsideredasamanualforthedesignorinstallationofanisolationsystem.ExamplesofelementsofvibrationisolationareshowninAnnexAonlyforinformation.
